Thirty-year Triangle real estate and hospitality veteran Sanjay Mundra is the founder and CEO of the SkyBridge Group. Mundra’s extensive experience includes co-founding HPW Commercial Real Estate, a Raleigh-based brokerage firm, which he transitioned into SVN|Hotels and ran as CEO; SVN|Hotels has since achieved top 10 status as a national hotel brokerage firm.

Mundra also served as the founding member and Lead Director of Trust Atlantic Bank, and the CEO of Soleil Group, among other notable leadership positions.

A prior developer, owner and manager of several large office, residential and hotel projects, Mundra’s full knowledge and understanding of the hospitality business encompasses everything from ownership, development and construction to sales, management, financing and brokerage, and affords him the unique position of viewing transactions from the perspectives of an owner, buyer and lender.

A member of the Triangle, North Carolina, and National Associations of Realtors, Mundra is also a frequent article contributor to several national hospitality industry magazines and trade journals, and has moderated expert panels at several prominent industry events.

Additionally, Mundra is actively involved in his community, serving on numerous boards in a variety of leadership roles, including Chairman of the Mundra Endowment Fund for International Students at Raleigh’s Ravenscroft School. Him, his wife Michelle, and their four children are members of the Hope Community Church and the Hindu Society of North Carolina.
