As SkyBridge Group’s Broker in Charge , Michelle Mundra is responsible for North Carolina’s Real Estate compliances for the firm as well as for each broker.

Prior to joining SkyBridge Group, Mundra—a graduate of Durham’s prestigious Duke University—worked for the North Carolina State Bar handling grievance complaints against North Carolina attorneys; and for Ward and Smith Law firm as a Business Paralegal, where she handled all business-related legal matters including formation, maintenance, and dissolution of entities, mergers and acquisitions, redevelopment, and complex lending transactions. 

Additionally, Mundra has been a licensed North Carolina realtor since 2013. She is also a National Association of Realtor trained real estate mediator and certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). Mundra’s extensive experience in legal training and real estate make her a very organized and detail-oriented member of the SkyBridge team. She brings strong communication and negotiation skills to her new role.

At SkyBridge, Mundra hopes to build unity within the team and create an environment in which everyone can work together respectfully without feeling the need to compete with one another. Her goal is to keep all of SkyBridge Group’s team members excited to grow, not just in terms of the company, but individually.

Outside of work, Mundra is a proud mom to four incredible boys aged 17, 20, 25, and 26. She enjoys running and other outdoor activities.
